United States Police say a man who appeared in a Discovery Channel reality show about crab fishing off Alaska is wanted for three bank robberies and has been arrested.
Police in Illinois say they arrested 23-year-old Joshua Tel Warner early Thursday on the Oregon bank robbery warrant after a vehicle he was riding in was pulled over for a routine traffic stop. He was being held on $30,000 bail in the Tazewell County Jail.
Police in Oregon say he is the same Josh Warner who appeared as a greenhorn deckhand on the king crab fishing boat Wizard in the “Deadliest Catch” earlier this year. The television reality show depicts the crab fishing industry in the treacherous Bering Sea near Alaska.
The warrant charges Warner with one bank robbery in 2007 and two in 2009.

Mother Mary holding Pope John Paul 11
Let us start the year 2010 with this divine message from God, towards peace, goodwill and a new hope to the world.
This is an incredible picture, released by the Vatican, Mother Mary holding John Paul II in Her arms when he was shot in 1981.
————————————————————————
This happened on May 13, 1981. Pope John Paul II was shot as he arrived in St. Peter’s Square to speak to the people who had gathered there. When he was shot, he was holding the rosary, which he always carried.
When he fell to the ground, out of nowhere, a woman rushed to his side and embraced him. That pic is shown above. The picture is said to have been taken by one of the gathered people who was busy taking Pope’s pics with his camera. The woman vanished as quickly as she appeared.
The gunman was apprehended in the square and sentenced to life in prison. The pope was critically wounded but survived after surgery and a long recovery. The surprising fact is that all the bullets passed just past his vital internal organs.
When he recovered finally, the first thing Pope asked for was his rosary. When he got it in his hands, he said that he felt Mother Mary directing the bullets’ path through him. Sure, John Paul II was always in the habit of praying the rosary regularly. He had once said “The best prayer I like is the Rosary”.
Joaquin Navarro Valls, who is the one spokesman from The Vatican, said that they made a lot of studies for years of this incredible picture and of course about the quality of the developing of the picture because when it was developed nobody could see very well because the image was not clear.
Finally, and after so many controls and being looking and checking by all the experts in photography (around the world), they decided that there were no tricks in it and today they give us this beautiful gift from our Mother of God. You can see the Mother of God holding John Paul II in her arms. Beautiful right?
I dont know whether You will believe me or not. But many do. And among those who believed, Bishop Thomas Wenski recreated the picture on a glass window at his Florida residence. You can see that below…
Let this remind us of the awesome power of the intercession of Mother Mary and lead us to take a strong decision to pray the rosary regularly.

Explosives found on Delta Airlines enough to destroy the plane in pieces
Top: Aircraft cabin crew grapple with the suspected bomber. Bottom: The Northwest Airlines plane is pulled towards the terminal at Detroit airport after the incident.
One man stupid action lead to worldwide chain reactions - that is the effect of one arse hole Nigerian guy who thinks he can kill innocent people just as easily as killing flies, by just snapping his ugly black fingers to detonate a powerful explosive device that can bring down a Northwest Airlines Flight 253 Airbus A330, killing everybody on board.
That ultra evil Nigerian man name is Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, born 23 years ago in Hell..
Who the hell Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab thinks he is? Osama bin Laden chief assasin? or Hitler and General Tojo henchman???
According to Reuters report today, airline passengers this weekend already faced tighter security after that Nigerian man tried to blow up the Northwest Airlines plane as it approached Detroit on a flight bound from Amsterdam on Friday.
According to a guest on the CNN Larry King show, the explosives found would have been sufficient to destroy the plane in pieces.
Tighter security measures at U.S. airports following this terror attempt could dampen enthusiasm for air travel, hurting the airline industry just as it seemed poised to recover from a period of bruising losses, some industry experts say.
The Department of Homeland Security, DHS said it was boosting airport security after the incident and advised passengers they may experience more scrutiny. One DHS official said available security measures that could be implemented range from bomb-sniffing dogs to behavior detection as well as other techniques.
And the tighter security is not being confined to U.S. airports. Passengers may also face pat-downs and are being ordered to stay seated during the last hour of flight with nothing on their laps.
If it becomes something like a four-hour wait, business travelers aren't going to do that. They're either not going to travel or they're going to hire their own private lift, and just avoid scheduled transportation altogether.
The security changes come just as major U.S. airlines had been trumpeting the return of demand from well-heeled business travelers who pay full fare.
Delta Air Lines , which merged with Northwest Airlines last year, in mid-December had said its fourth-quarter revenue trends had suggested a better 2010.
Delta, like other airlines, had responded to the huge drop in traffic as the recession sapped corporate and consumer demand by cutting capacity.
The U.S. airline industry, which lost $23.6 billion in 2008, has slashed capacity and increased fares to cope with weaker demand and higher fuel prices.
After Friday's attempted attack, Air Canada advised U.S.-bound travelers to expect flight delays, cancellations and missed connections, and limit themselves to a single piece of carry-on baggage.
Air Canada said on its website that new rules imposed by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration also limit on-board activities in U.S. airspace that could adversely impact in-flight service.
"Among other things, during the final hour of flights, customers must remain seated, will not be allowed to access carry-on baggage or have personal belongings or other items on their laps," the airline said.
Some airlines were going as far as shutting down in-flight entertainment systems, which include route-tracking maps.
Security measures are unlikely to have a major impact on earnings for this quarter, which will close in less than a week left, but could have longer-term repercussions.
Michael Boyd, president of aviation research and consultancy firm Boyd Group International, said restrictions that include not being able to use laptops for the last hour of the flight could hurt domestic travel, where one hour could be a significant chunk of the entire flight.
Joseph Schwieterman, a professor of urban transportation issues at DePaul University, said the effects of new security regulations will likely be moderate. "There will be some effect, but we don't know how much."
"We again have a combination of a high fuel prices and heavy publicity on terrorism," he said. "That's a disturbing combination."

Second Scare onboard Detroit flight from Amsterdam, caused by another Nigerian
Second scare on Detroit flight rattles passengers.
Well, it was exactly the same script. In those 2 incidents in a space of 2 days during festive mood, the affected flights were travelling from Amsterdam to Detroit, USA.
The culprits in those 2 incidents are both Nigerians...!!!!
And both have Yemeni connections.
The first incident happened on Christmas Day where a Nigerian evil man by the name of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, 23, tried to blow up a Northwest Airlines flight from Amsterdam to Detroit.
This arsehole said he was following orders from Al Qaeda operatives in Yemen.
Now, the 2nd incident involved yet another Nigerian working as Petroleum engineer in Yemen and also travelling from Amsterdam to Detroit. It happened just 2 days after a failed bomb-attack by that another Nigerian.

Romulus -- About 48 hours after officials responded to an attempted terrorist act on Christmas Day, a disruptive passenger was detained Sunday on the same Amsterdam to Detroit flight -- sparking fear, panic and serious delays at Detroit Metro Airport.
Although the FBI and airport officials said the incident was "non-serious" and an all-clear was issued, it raised already-soaring tensions among holiday travelers worried about their safety and authorities working to review security measures.
The flight sat on the tarmac for several hours.
"We were all scared," said Denise Kabalka-Chesnui, a 49-year-old engineer from Romeo, who was returning from business in Paris. "We didn't know what was going on."
Before Flight 253 landed at Detroit Metropolitan Airport about 12:35 p.m. Sunday, Northwest Airlines alerted the Transportation Security Administration to a disruptive passenger.
A pilot requested emergency help, according to a Metro Airport spokesman. The plane then taxied to "an isolated inspection area as a precaution," airport officials said in a statement.
Delta Air Lines, which operated the flight, said in a statement that a passenger became "verbally disruptive in flight and, out of an abundance of caution, the flight crew requested authorities meet the aircraft upon landing."
Despite the government's decision after the attempted Friday attack to mobilize more air marshals, no marshal was on the Sunday flight, according to a government report.
FBI Special Agent Sandra Berchtold said the Joint Terrorism Task Force responded to the flight after "a passenger spent a lengthy time in the restroom."
But investigation showed "this was a non-serious incident."
According to ABC News reports, authorities said the passenger was a 36-year-old Nigerian petroleum engineer who became unhappy when he was ordered to his seat one hour before landing, as required under new in-flight rules.
The passenger supervises 90 employees at the multinational petroleum company he works for in Yemen.
White House spokesman Bill Burton said in a statement that the president was notified shortly after 9 a.m. Hawaiian time of the latest incident by Denis McDonough, chief of staff of the National Security Council.
"The president stressed the importance of maintaining heightened security measures for all air travel and gave instructions to set up another secure teleconference briefing as soon as possible," Burton said.
Sara Kuban, press secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, said the passenger was removed from the flight, and interviewed by the FBI.
He was released after indications showed the individual's behavior was due to "legitimate illness," Kuban said.
Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano said the man had made several trips to the restroom, and would not respond to requests to come out.
"Of course, there's a real heightened sensitivity to things like this," Ficano said.
The aircraft was fully screened and all baggage was rescreened before the aircraft taxied to the gate, Kuban said.
Passengers were bused to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection area for processing, airport officials said.
Spokeswoman Susan Chana Elliott said 254 passengers and 12 crew members were on board.
Another Nigerian native, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, has been charged with 20-year felonies after officials said he tried to detonate explosives attached to his body and started a fire Christmas Day on board Flight 253 as it approached Metro Airport.

Missing jet engines spark fresh crisis in Malaysia

Missing jet engines spark crisis in Malaysia
By Kevin Brown in Singapore | Financial Times
The Malaysian government is facing a fresh corruption crisis after officials admitted that two US-made fighter jet engines had disappeared from an air force base after apparently being illicitly sold by military officers to a South American arms dealer.
Najib Razak, prime minister, said there would be a full investigation of the thefts, which happened in 2007 and 2008, when he was defence minister. However, opposition parties accused the government of covering up the incidents.
Lim Kit Siang, parliamentary leader of the opposition Democratic Action party, said the authorities had been “super slow” and claimed that the prime minister’s response had painted “a frightening picture of a government of thieves”.
Idris Ahmad, spokesman for the allied Parti Islam SeMalaysia, said “powerful people” had been involved. “We don’t want only the ikan bilis [anchovies] to be arrested while the sharks are allowed to swim freely,” he said.
The General Electric J85-21A engines, each worth about RM$50m (USD$15m), were spares for the Royal Malaysian Air Force’s Northrop Grumman F-5E Tiger II fighters, which fly from the Butterworth air base near the country’s northern border with Thailand.
Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, defence minister, said the engines and associated equipment were “believed to have been sent to a South American country” after being moved to the Sungai Besi air force base in Kuala Lumpur for maintenance.
The defence ministry would not identify the company or the country involved or comment on claims in the Malaysian media that the engines may have ended up in the Middle East.
The F-5 went out of production in 1989 but is still flown as a trainer aircraft by US forces and is in frontline or reserve service with many foreign air forces, including that of Iran.
The defence ministry said several senior officers were being investigated. General Azizan Ariffin, chief of the armed forces, said the engine thefts might have been “the tip of the iceberg”, raising the possibility that other military equipment might also have disappeared.
The disclosure of the thefts is a serious blow to Mr Najib, who has promised a crackdown on corruption as part of efforts to recover support for his long-serving National Front government, which lost many of its seats in a general election last year.
The prime minister last week unveiled a three-year action plan amid concerns about declining investor interest and the impact of Malaysia’s fall to 56th in the 2009 Corruption Index published by Transparency International – down from 47th in 2008.
Mr Najib has flatly denied any personal corruption, including opposition claims of involvement in an allegedly corrupt submarine deal while he served as defence minister.
Corruption charges were brought this month against a senior port executive and two other officials linked to a controversial development near Kuala Lumpur known as the Port Klang Free Trade Zone.
The arrests followed a damning parliamentary report that found widespread corruption and cost overruns at the project, which has run up debts of more than $1billion.

Lessons to all Gamblers or Kaki Judi out there
Sleepless nights and crying all the way to the bank - that's for the big losers in Gambling.
Sleepless nights but laughing all the way to the bank - that's for the big Jackpot winners!!!
Well, if you like to play slot machines, maybe this advice below can somehow or rather help you. Remember, it's better to win small than lose big.
There is always light at the end of the tunnel, we may lose some today, but we win big tommorrow - Confucius... Confused!!
Use your Karma, Yin and Yang, but sometimes instinct mislead and deceives us.
Sometimes, a rationale and well balanced mind will result in happy ending in the battle of the Game of Chance..
The formula to success - if you already won 1,000 in any currency, Leave the place and enjoy your winning.
Attempt to further double your winning often ends on a sad note. Curiosity kills the cat.
If you play the game of chance, you have a 50 % chance of winning and 50% chance of losing.
But if you don't play, you have a 100% chance of not losing your money.
In this video below, a former professional gambler explains why playing a slot machine is no way to win, unless you happened to coincidently play at the right slot machine, pre-programmed to let you win.
He explains why winning at slots is not random, and why no skill is involved.
He demonstrates how to program one of the popular slot machine models, which in itself proves that slot machines are programmed to take your money, instead of paying you a jackpot.
Another lesson from an eldery professional gambler..
Having said that, this Australian super lucky guy who called himself "Kingjoko" recorded a massive winnings of almost 240,000 coins or equivalent to 50,000 dollars playing the Indian Dream 20 cents per credit machine. He bet 30 dolars prior to taking this huge wins.
After watching that, how about listening to this 2 songs from our local singers in Malaysia. The song title - "Gila Judi" in Malay Language means "Crazy Gambler" or "Mad Gambler" or "Desperate Gambler". One is the classic original song by Datuk M Daud Kilau, Malaysia's own Elvis Presley and the other is in Rock N Roll version, performed by our local Rock Group - May.
To All those gamblers out there - enjoy.....
