Amazing Halo Phenomena and Jupiter right next to the Moon, Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia sky 7 December 2011

This photo was captured off the sky of Kota Kinabalu on the night of Wednesday, 7th December 2011 around 9.30 pm. The Moon is surrounded by a gigantic circle called the Halo Phenomenon. While planet Jupiter can be seen on the left side of the moon.



Planet Jupiter was also visible off the sky of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Malaysia on 14th October 2011.




Jupiter is the largest Planet in the solar system, 318 times bigger than Earth and is located approximately 600 million km and 700 km from Earth.
