Kevin Rudd, the former Australian Prime Minister is human, not a Robot or a Cybernatic Organism.
Here, Rudd was so angry during an interview session that he used foul languages repeatedly and even banged the table. This happened in 2009 while he was still Prime Minister of Australia.
The video, which is not dated, clearly shows an exasperated Mr Rudd swearing as he repeatedly fluffs his lines.
"Mate, this is just impossible. I get the very end. You can tell these d...heads in the embassy to just give me simple sentences. I've said this before,'' Mr Rudd says.
"Tell that bloody interpreter. This f...ing language just complicates it so much, you know. How can anyone do this. It's just...
"Tell em to cancel this meeting at 6pm ...I don't have the patience to deal with. The f...ing Chinese interpreter. Just f...ing hopeless,'' he says.
The video was uploaded under the user name "Happy Little Vegemite" on Friday. Mr Rudd has repeatedly described himself as a "Happy Little Vegemite" when asked if he would launch a challenge against Julia Gillard for the Labor leadership.
The footage caused a sensation on the social networking site Twitter, as the Prime Minister's backers declared war on the Foreign Minister's fitness for office.
Mr Rudd says the timing of the release of video out-takes of him swearing and losing his temper is a little unusual, but he is not going to point the finger at anyone.
He said the video, in which he slams the table and swears repeatedly, was embarrassing but his frustration was directed at himself and no one else.
The video surfaced on YouTube on Saturday evening, 25th February 2012 and quickly found its way into a variety of national and international media.
It comes amid a period of intense leadership speculation over Mr Rudd and Prime Minister Julia Gillard, who replaced him as leader in June 2010.
"Anyone who's got a touch of suspicion about them would say that if this was done, somewhat embarrassingly, a couple of years ago, and it suddenly emerges now, then obviously it's a little bit on the unusual side," Mr Rudd told Sky News.
"But these are questions for others."
The expletive-laden video featuring Kevin Rudd swearing at the camera emerged on YouTube. The outburst in the out-takes of a taxpayer-funded video was posted under the title "Kevin Rudd is a happy little vegemite".
Speaking to Sky News after the footage was shown on news.com.au and other media, Mr Rudd said he accepts responsibility for what occurred but when it comes to who leaked the video, is not going to point the finger at others.
He said the video was from one of a number of speeches he recorded from time to time for Chinese community occasions, and was probably done in a reception room next to the prime minister's office "a couple of years ago".
"You'd sit down and try and get the script right. Obviously I wasn't getting it right on this occasion and was getting pretty frustrated about it."
Mr Rudd said it was no secret that he did often swear.
As expected, parody follows, the funniest must have been this one entitled Kevin Rudd Full Interview below, complete with him singing Patience and swaying along with Gun N Roses frontman, Axle Rose!!!\
