Trust me, some Indians in Malaysia cannot be trusted at all. If you deal with them, they cheat all the time and if you question why they cheat, they will kill you and burn your body to ashes. And when the police or the court ask them why they commit the murder, they will deny again and again till the end of their life.
Take the classic eXample of the murder trial of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others at the Shah Alam High Court which is ongoing.
A stupid Indian who is a key witness in the trial has turned hostile and claims he knows nothing about the alleged killings.
Farm hand U. Suresh also denied receiving orders from former lawyer N. Pathmanabhan (another Indian from hell) who is the first accused, to finish off' four visitors at a farm in Banting on the night of 30 August 2010, a day before Malaysia's Independent Day and few days before the Hari Raya celebration.
The stupid U. Suresh insisted he did not know of a plan that was made on Aug 29, 2010, by the mad and murderous bastard Pathmanabhan, with his four farm hands from hell, to teach a lesson' to the visitors (a woman and three men) who came to the farm the next day in a BMW X5 and a BMW saloon.
Suresh is currently serving 20 years jail after pleading guilty in October 2010 to disposing evidence related to the case.
When cross-examined by deputy public prosecutor (DPP) Ishak Mohd Yusoff on Wednesday, 10th August 2011, the ever lying Suresh disagreed that Pathmanabhan was his employer and owner of the farm.
The cross-examination was allowed after the court found Suresh, 27, to be a hostile witness, yes surely he is a hostile man and forever be hostile no matter what.
Suresh further disagreed that he and the other farm hands had beaten the male visitor - who drove the BMW X5 - on his thighs and hands with wood and a cricket bat to intimidate the woman.
This was supposed to have happened because the woman refused to call her family when Pathmanabhan asked her to do so.
After a string of denials, Suresh admitted he had bought petrol and diesel in three plastic containers of different sizes on Aug 30, 2010, but disagreed that it was used for burning purposes, see another lie here. Why buy petrol if you dont use it for your car?
Suresh also denied witnessing two other farm hands, T. Thilaiyalagan and R. Matan, collecting ashes and storing it in a blue barrel, before loading the barrel onto an Isuzu Dmax on Aug 31, 2010.
He disagreed to the suggestion that Thilaiyalagan and Matan told him the ashes in the barrel belonged to the four visitors, and denied following them and another farm hand R. Kathavarayan to dispose the ashes at Sungai Panchau.
Pathmanabhan, Thilayalagan, Matan and Kathavarayan (all Indians) claimed trial to murdering Sosilawati, 47; her driver Kamaruddin Shamsuddin, 44, bank officer Noorhisham Mohammad, 38, lawyer Ahmad Kamil Abdul Karim, 32 (all Malays) at Lot 2001, Jalan Tanjung Layang, Tanjung Sepat, Banting, Selangor, Malaysia between 8.30pm and 9.45pm on Aug 30, 2011.
That murder case shocked Malaysians from all walks of life and remains one of the most vicious and brutal murders ever committed on Malaysian soils.
Even Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin condemned the murders of Sosilawati and three others as an "inhumane act".
"No one in their right mind would resort to taking another life even in the most extreme cases," he said in a statement on September 14, 2010.
"I believe the authorities will do their best to ensure the murderers are brought to justice. I seek the public's cooperation to remain calm and assist the authorities in solving the case as soon as possible."
Muhyiddin also extended his condolences to the families of the victims.
Meanwhile Pathmanabhan (the lawyer from hell) also lied to Sosilawati's ex-husband Buhari Mohamed, 62, in a court proceeding on July 12, 2011.
Buhari testified that his daughter Erni Erinawati Sofia, or Rina, called him at about 10 am on August 31, 2010, informing him that Sosilawati had not returned home from the previous night August 30, 2010.
"She (Rina) told me that her mother had gone to Banting to meet a lawyer named 'Pathma' regarding a land deal.
"I told her if it was Pathma, I know where his office is as I have met him before," he told Justice Akhtar Tahir.
Buhari also told the court that prior to Rina lodging a police report, he had called Pathma on Sept 2, 2010 to ask about Sosilawati.
"I introduced myself to him and asked whether Sosilawati had met him on Aug 30, 2010.
"He said he had not met her. He also remarked that Sosilawati was a nice person and he had had business deals with her.
"He also said 'How can a good person go missing?'. I did not respond," said Buhari.
See? How the Indian lawyer from Hell, Pathmanabhan or Pathmana bullshit lied there??
Never trust some Indians because they are liars and bullshits!!!
One more thing here, the Indian suckers Pathmanabhan, Thilayalagan, Matan and Kathavarayan gave Sosilawati, Kamaruddin, Noorhisham and Ahmad Kamil Abdul Karim no mercy and no chance to defend themselves at all on the night of August 30, 2010.
So why give mercy and a chance to defend themselves in court to Pathmanabhan, Thilayalagan, Matan and Kathavarayan???
Why not just hang them to death now instead of wasting time, money and energy to give fair trial to these useless Bastards?? Heck, they might even be freed if their lawyers are good in the name of reasonable doubts.
