I think a little clarification is in order: we'd only touch on albums made by megastars i.e. those who'd sold at least tens of millions of albums. If you include ALL artistes, then there are definitely worse album art - example: the European metal band named "Mayhem" - google it - absolutely incredible album cover art: supposedly of a (former) bandmember lying dead on the ground with his brains spilt out after shooting himself in the head.
