Kali pertama ditangkap polis, dia mengaku merogol 13 gadis. Namun kebodohan mahkamah Perancis menyebabkan Michel hanya dipenjara 3 tahun iaitu sepatutnya 7 tahun namun dibebaskan awal meskipun mengetahui betapa dia seorang amat ganas.

Criminal syndicate in Malaysia using sound of crying child to dupe parents to part with huge sums of money

However the Malaysian Cops has identified the syndicate using sound of crying child to dupe parents. Hardened criminals will go at length to dupe and get money illegally. So why not, just shoot them!!! When those criminals are dead and lifeless, they can't commit crime anymore, am i right?

According to the Star newspaper, the Malaysian police have identified a syndicate that uses the sound of a crying child to dupe parents into believing their child had been kidnapped and gets them to pay ransom.

Only later do the parents realise the child had been safe in school, all along.

Serdang Commercial Crimes Investigation department chief Assitant Superitendent Azani Saupi said his men had identified the syndicate that had tricked at least four victims into handing over a total sum of RM57,000.

“After the victims bank in or place the money in a specified post box, there is no communication. Only later do they realise their children had been safe in school,”.

He said parents, who receive the purported kidnapper's call, hear a crying child and immediately panic into thinking it was their child and follow instructions from the syndicate without double checking to ascertain if their child had indeed been abducted.

ASP Azani said investigations revealed the syndicate did background checks on their victims such as the way the children call their parents.

He said the syndicate had been active since early last year and police believe that at least six other parents had been approached by the same syndicate but had not fallen for their trick.

He advised parents to check with the school or alert the police immediately when they receive such calls.

Meanwhile, ASP Azani revealed that a total of 24 police reports were received about cases of African parcel scams totalling RM331,500 last year in the Serdang area alone.

He said the victims had dealing with the syndicate to obtain items such as a property or jewellery but had to fork out large sum of cash for purported documentation purposes.

“There was even a case last year where a Dutch man lost RM600,000 after he was promised a local woman as a wife,” he said.

73% of rape cases in Malaysia are children and majority of that heinous crimes are committed by victims' family members

This is shocking.

As many as 11,809 or 73% of all rape cases reported in Malaysia involved children aged 18 and below, and in most cases the crime is committed by people known to the victims because they are family members such as fathers, stepfathers and uncles.

Malaysian Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Khalid Abu Bakar, who revealed the statistics, said from 2006 to 2010, 11,809 out of 16,159 rape victims were children, with 54% aged 16 and below, while another 19% were aged 16 to 18.

In the same period, there were 1,823 cases of sexual abuse and 60% of the cases were committed by fathers, stepfathers and uncles, he said.

Khalid said another 1,017 children were victims of physical abuse during that period, averaging at 200 a year, he said, adding that 579 (57%) were boys while 43% (438) were girls.

“As many as 431 child abuse victims were aged one to seven,” he said in Kuala Lumpur on July 2011.

Police data during the period also showed that 5,270 children aged 18 and below were reported missing and 2,982 (57%) of them were later found.

He said some of the reasons for the children running away from home were that they wanted “freedom”, influenced by boyfriends and disagreement with parents.

To assist child victims, Khalid said they interviewed children at the Child Interview Centre on the crime committed against them so that the police could charge the perpetrators.

Meanwhile Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Ministry Minister Senator Heng Seai Kie said people should be aware that most of sexual abuse cases targeted at children were committed by close family members such as fathers, step-fathers and uncles.

She said the ministry had developed parenting programmes on parental responsibilities to counter such crimes against children and had created awareness on risks that children generally faced.

She also urged mothers to keep watch over their children, especially daughters.

Say NO to Rape!!!

Murder cases that shocked Malaysians on 4th August 2011

Two different murder cases shocked Malaysians on Thursday 4th August 2011.

The murders happened while Moslems in Malaysia are fasting in the 4th day of the holy month of Ramadhan.

One case was solved swiftly while the other one is still being investigated, but 8 suspects were eventually caught on Sunday 7th August 2011.

The total number of victims are three, 2 women and a child.

One was strangled while another was cut into pieces.

Both happened inside apartment units.

The First case :

The first murder case involved a high ranking govermnent officer.

The murder of Perak Veterinary Services Department deputy director Dr Rohani Kasim, 38, happened on the wee hours of Thurday 4th August 2011.

Dr Rohani, who was transferred to Ipoh just a month ago, was found murdered at her rented unit at Permai Lake View apartment at about 3.30am.

Initial investigations also showed that she had been strangled and that the suspects had broken into the apartment.

However swift action by the Malaysian police solved that murder in less than 24 hours laer, with the arrests of four suspects, including an army personnel and a postman.

Perak deputy police chief Senior Assistant Commisioner Datuk Zakaria Yusof said the last suspect, 22, was picked up at 10.25pm in Slim River on Thursday, 4th August 2011.

"The first two suspects, aged 26, were picked up in Tambun area at 4am while the third, a 20-year-old male, was arrested in Tanjung Malim at 4.30pm," he told a press conference here Friday 5th August 2011.

SAC Zakaria said police recovered a mobile phone and some jewellery during the arrests.

Initial investigations found that the four were housemates, staying in a rented home in Tambun.

"The army personnel, who is not based here, had gone AWOL from his camp prior to the incident," he said, adding that one of the suspects was wanted for a rape case in Slim River.

SAC Zakaria said the case would be investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.

He said one of the suspects arrested in Tambun would be remanded for four days starting Friday (Aug 5) while the rest would be remanded for seven days.

Update : Tuesday 16th August 2011

2 Men from Hell.

Security guard Syahmie Hassan (picture above - right) and ex-soldier Nuurhisyam Shukor being led into a Magistrate's court in Ipoh on Tuesday 16th August 2011 in connection with the August 3rd, 2011 murder of the state Veterinary Dept deputy director, Dr Rohani Kasim.

Syahmie, who is unrepresented, is charged with murdering Dr Rohani at her apartment in Block F, Unit 9 of Permai Lake View Apartment in Ulu Kinta between 6pm and 7.30pm on August 3rd, 2011.

The charge carries the mandatory death sentence upon conviction.

In the same court, former soldier gone AWOL (Absent without official Leave) Nuur Hisyam Shukor was charged with disposing off jewellery worth RM6,000 belonging to Dr Rohani.

He is accused of disposing the items at Kam Seng watch shop in Tanjung Malim on August 4th, 2011.

The court fixed October 17th, 2011 for re-mention of both cases.

I hope these 2 piece of shits will be sent to Hell right away, no need to show them pity because they gave no pity to the late Dr Rohani. Why waste precious time, money and energy to give these 2 bastards a chance to defend themselves in court?? Idiot...

The Second case :

The second murder case that shocked Malaysians was also reported on Thursday 4th August 2011.

The remains of a woman chopped into 15 pieces as well as the body of a child, believed to be that of a five-year-old boy, were among the remains and body parts found on the fifth floor unit of the Astaria apartment in Taman Kosas, Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday 3rd August 2011.

Initial investigations revealed that the body, which was inside one of several plastic bags, was found hanging from the ceiling of the bathroom.

The remains had been sent to the pathologist for reconstruction and identification.

“The cause of death has yet to be ascertained. It is pending lab analysis which will take some time.

“We appeal to anyone who may have lodged missing persons report of a woman and her son or a woman and a boy to contact us immediately,” Malaysian Police said.

It is learnt that police had called in the canine unit to the scene where several more parts were found.

Police first found a leg and other body parts inside a toilet bowl on Wednesday 3rd August 2011 before finding more parts inside several plastic bags hanging from the ceiling after noticing bloodstains and trails on the ceiling.

Initial investigations revealed the unit had been abandoned for more than 10 years.

Kamaruddin Othman, 31, a neighbour who works as a sound technician, said he had been living next to the unit for the past three years.

“It has been abandoned since I moved in but I noticed people going in and out on several occasions.

“About three or four months ago, I saw a couple leaving the unit in the evening and did not think much of it,” he said.

Police managed to arrest 8 foreigners, Bangladeshi to be exact in connection with the gruesome murder. The motive of this double killings is believed to be jealousy.

Screw those Bangladeshi.!!!!

God bless Malaysia.

17-year-old Florida boy 'killed his parents with a hammer' before throwing a house party with their bodies still in bedroom

Tayler Hadley - the 17 year old disciple of Hell who killed his own parents in their house and later throwing a house party for his lunatic friends.

Face of evil. Tayler Hadley is only 17 years old but his criminal acts shocked the world!! Look at his ears. they looks like Vampire ears, no matter this boy is a Evil!!

This is the kind of weapon used by this crazy boy to kill his own parents!!

The house at Port St Lucie, Florida, USA where the horrific and shocking double murders were committed.

Tyler Hadley, of Port St Lucie, Florida, allegedly beat his school teacher mother Mary-Jo and father Blake to death with a hammer, which was found lying between their bodies.

This is no doubt one of the worst ever crimes ever committed in the 21st century.

This crazy boy needs to be locked up for the rest of his life or sent straight into the death chamber for the horrific and totally unspeakable crimes, committed against his own parents who raised him since birth.!!

A 17-year-old Florida boy 'brutally and mercilessly' killed his parents before having a house party while their bodies were still inside a bedroom, police said.

Tyler Hadley, of Port St Lucie, Florida, allegedly beat his school teacher mother Mary-Jo and father Blake to death with a hammer, which was found lying between their bodies.

The teen is thought to have killed his parents before hosting a party for 40 to 60 people on Saturday night, 16th July 2011 after posting invitations on Facebook.

The party started at around 9pm and went on until around 3am.

Police arrived at the ranch-style home the next day after an anonymous tip.

Hadley had been 'nervous and panicky,' they said and there were beer cans strewn all over the garden.

He initially lied and instead told police his parents were out of town.

Police then found the bodies of Mr and Mrs Hadley in the master bedroom where the door had been locked.

Blake Hadley was an employee of Florida Power & Light Co. and wife Mary Jo worked for 24 years as an elementary school teacher with the St. Lucie County School District.

They are believed to have died after the Facebook invitation went out, which happened at about 1:30 pm on Saturday, although the exact time of the brutal killing is unclear.

Their bodies were partially buried under various items including linen, books, picture frames and towels.

Mrs Hadley, 47, is believed to have been killed first and then Mr Hadley, 54, afterwards.

They were not, authorities believe, killed in the bedroom where their bodies were found.

While is not clear what the motive for the alleged killing was, a resident told WSVN News he had heard Hadley's parents had refused to let the teen have a party.

Similarly one of the teens attending the party said to WOKV that the 17-year-old killed his parents because they 'wouldn't let him throw a party.'

The teen is a bad hat and a spoiled brat.

First he dropped out of his high school and the family was being sued for US$15,000 after Hadley hit and injured a child while driving a car registered to his father in June 2010, according to court documents.

Hadley has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

He is being held without bond and will be charged as an adult, police said.

Tyler reportedly has an older brother who recently moved out the house.

Truly, Tyler Hadley of Port St Lucie, Florida, USA is the disciple of Satan needs to be sent into the pits of Hell immediately!!

God bless Blake Hadley and Mary Jo.. Rest in Peace..

Chihuahua foils robbery attempt in Los Angeles, USA

Do not underestimate the Chihuahuas. They maybe small in size but they can be fierce, lethal, brave and furious.

In Los Angeles, a little Chihuahua managed to fend off and scare 2 well-bulit robbers armed with what looked like a shotgun.

The incessant barkings by the Chihuahua panicked the robbers and sent them running helter skelter with the Chihuahua hot on their heels.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s officials released a footage of the robbery attempt foiled by the enraged and barking Chihuahua named Paco.

By releasing the footage, police hopes the public can help identify the criminals.

The attempted robbery took place on July 7th, 2011 about 7:30 p.m. at Ace Smoke Shop on North Lake Avenue in Altadena, Los Angeles.

Neither the owner nor the hero dog was injured in the incident, Los Angeles Times reported.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact 911 or the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department detectives or at the website lacrimestoppers.org.

Well done Chihuahua.

The Chihuahua is the smallest breed of dog and is said to originate from Mexico.

As such, the state of Chihuahua in Mexico is named after this breed.

Some Chihuahuas are ill tempered and are easily provoked to attack.

The breed tends to be fiercely loyal to their owner and in some cases may become over protective of the person, especially around other people or animals.

That's the story of the Chihuahua for today.

Penjenayah 1 Malaysia paling ganas di Malaysia

Bentong Kali (P Kalimuthu)

Mat Komando, Ahmad Mohd Arshad

Botak Chin, Wong Swee Chin

Pada 22 November 1975, Botak Chin cuba membunuh musuh ketatnya iaitu Timbalan Ketua Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Kuala Lumpur, Deputi Superintendan (DSP) S Kulasingam.

Ketika menunggu dihukum gantung, dua kali Botak Chin menyerang pegawai penjara.

Antaranya tanda palang dan ungkapan "Born To Die."

Dia berusia 33 tahun.

She had left the bag in her Toyota Vios, while the car engine was on.

A man suddenly appeared, opened the car door and snatched the bag. The woman tried to fight back but was kicked in the abdomen.

Ampang Jaya Polic Chief Assistant Commissioner Amirruddin Jamaluddin said the woman then got into her car and gave chase before blocking them.

The two men were caught off-guard and rammed right into the victim’s car resulting in both of them being flung from the machine. The accident occurred about 200m from the woman’s house.

The snatch theft victim was not hurt in the incident.

ACP Amiruddin also said both men had valid driving licences but the motorcycle they were using was reported stolen.

Police are investigating if the suspects were involved in other criminal activities in the district.

Sosilawati Lawiya - sad end of Malaysia's celebrity cosmetic millionaire

Updated Wednesday 13th October, 2010 (source The Star Online)

Banting murders: Lawyer, three others charged

BANTING, Selangor, Malaysia, 13th October, 2010 :

She had told one of her daughters that she would be in Banting for three days. A cricket bat found on the Sungai Panchau riverbed may have been among the weapons used in the brutal murder of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others.

Federal Criminal Investigation Department Director, Commissioner of Police, Datuk Seri Mohd Bakri Zinin said the bat was among numerous objects recovered by police from the river as they searched for evidence into the brutal murders.

"Among other things, a cricket bat was also recovered from the riverbed, and it is believed to be one of the murder weapons," he told reporters during a press conference at the Dang Wangi police headquarters on September 17, 2010.

Police seized four computer CPUs and several files believed to contain information on land deals. 15 September, 2010.

The media reported that the murder of millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others was carried out under the orders of the lawyer, identified as the mastermind.

It is learnt that the lawyer had ordered at least three men, believed to be working for him, to carry out the murders at an abandoned house in an oil palm estate in Sungai Gadung.

It is believed that the lawyer owned the estate.

The killings were said to have taken place after Sosilawati had gone with the others to confront the lawyer regarding the transfer of a land title in a deal believed to be worth RM25mil.

It is understood that the meeting had taken place near the lawyer’s house before the victims were taken to the estate, which is near Ladang Gadong.

There, the four were beaten and repeatedly stabbed before they were burnt.

Police investigations also revealed nine cases involving the lawyer who allegedly masterminded the brutal murders of Datuk Sosilawati and three others.

Selangor police chief Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar said there were seven commercial crime cases involving the lawyer, totalling RM 7.1 million, since 2005.

"These crimes involved land sale to members of the public, all confined within the district," he said.

Khalid said two other cases related to the suspect were two missing persons reports and the murder of T. Selvi, 46, who was stabbed to death in front of her house in Taman Cempaka, Banting, in April 2009.

In another development, the main suspect in the murder of cosmetics queen Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya is not a Datuk after all.

Police enquiries in all states to trace who had conferred a Datukship on the 41-year-old drew a blank, sources said.

The Malaysian daily, the Star reported that it is learnt that the suspect had bought the so-called title from a businessman for RM180,000.

The man had promised him that his name would be included on the list of recipients for Datukship.

Apparently, the businessman told the suspect that he was free to use the title following the inclusion of his name on the list.

Sources revealed that police were also looking for the businessman

A police forensic team that has been scouring the river since Sunday, 12 September 2010, has also turned up two knives, a few watches and some jewellery.

Two special task force have been set up by the police and investigators have been working round the clock at the scene.

The Sungai Panchau may hold more grisly secrets than imagined. Deep beneath its muddy surface are hundreds of human bone fragments, suggesting that it may have been a watery grave for many murder victims.

It is learnt that police found more than 300 human bone fragments from the riverbed, located about four to five kilometres from the farm where the quadruple murders took place.

According to an expert, who has been handling cremations for 20 years, a human body, once burned, would leave behind about 20 to 25 visible bone fragments.

So far, police investigating the gruesome murders of cosmetics queen Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three of her aides have confirmed there are at least eight missing person reports that are believed to be connected to the main suspects in the millionairess’ case.

The high number of bone fragments found have given rise to speculation that others may have been murdered at the estate even before Sosilawati and her friends.

Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya - Malaysia's celebrity cosmetic millionaire, went missing with 3 others including her personal lawyer, driver and a bank officer on 30th August 2010, a day before Malaysia's 53rd independence day, and 12 days before the celebration of Hari Raya Aidil Fitri.

Yesterday, 12th of September 2010, 2 weeks after her disappearence, the Malaysian police came out with a shocking statement - Sosilawati and her 3 friends were feared murdered, their bodies burnt and then the ashes being thrown inside a river. It was shocking and a sad end to Sosilawati's life.

This happened in Banting, Selangor, about 100 kilometres from Kuala Lumpur.

8 people had been arrested including a 41 year old lawyer from Banting who police said might have connection with the similar disappearance of another 4 persons, sometimes ago.

"I can say that Sosilawati Lawiya and three others are believed to have been murdered and their bodies burnt with ashes strewn in a river near the coast of the southwestern part of the state,' Malaysia's Criminal Investigations department head Commisioner Datuk Bakri Zinin told AFP, the French News Agency.

'Police have detained eight suspects in the case and they provided information that led us to the location where the remains were found,' he added.

'We will have to do a DNA analysis to fully determine the identity of the remains but we are confident these are the remains of the four.' Mr Barki said one of the detainees was a 38-year-old lawyer who is believed to be the mastermind and who owned the land where the bodies were burnt.

He said the lawyer, who was handling a land deal for Sosilawati, was also being investigated over the the disappearance of four other people.

Ahead of police confirmation of her death, the influential Malay-language Utusan Malaysia daily carried a banner headline in its Sunday, 12th September 2010 edition stating 'Sosilawati was Murdered", quoting police sources.

Sosilawati's mysterious disappearance has been on the front pages local newspapers for the last week as police carried out a nationwide search for the tycoon amid fears that she had been abducted and murdered.

Meanwhile, The Singapore Straits Times reported today Monday 13th September 2010 that the lawyer brothers at the heart of the murder investigations into the deaths of Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others are also linked to a missing Indian multimillionaire.

Police also revealed on Sunday, 12 September 2010 that the brothers, aged 38 and 41, were being investigated over the disappearance of three others over the past year.

The Indian multi-millionaire, from Chennai, was believed to have been involved in several joint business ventures with the brothers, according to NST.

The businessman was persuaded to come over to Malaysia last year and rented a house in Bandar Sungai Emas, Banting. For the next few months, he was seen with the brothers, one of whom is a Datuk.

A source close to the investigations revealed that the businessman went missing in December but the people in Banting thought he had returned to India. But in February, the man's family came to Banting and said they had lost contact with him.

They also started looking for him. They enquired about the Datuk and his brother but they, too, had gone missing. The Indian businessman's family then lodged a missing person's report but nothing came out of that.

Police now have reopened investigations into three other similar cases where the people who had business dealings with the brothers disappeared.

On Wednesday, 15 September 2010, the newly appointed Malaysian Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said a task force had been set up to investigate all missing person reports linked to the suspects.

“There should be no more slacking or ignoring missing person reports,” he said.

Meanwhile Federal CID director Commissioner Datuk Seri Bakri Zinin said on Sunday 12th September 2010 that four missing person cases would be re-investigated based on police reports lodged by their families linking the duo.

Sources said that among those missing and believed to have been “disposed of” were an Indian national, a local woman and two men.

It is learnt that the police’s anti-money laundering division would be applying to the Attorney-General’s Chambers for an order to freeze the assets of the lawyers.

The gruesome murders also grabbed the attentions of Malaysia's Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister.

On Thursday, 16th September 2010, Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has congratulated the police for their efficiency in solving the murder of Datuk Sosilawati and 3 others.

He also urged the people to give the force “the time and space to handle the case so that all involved in the crime could be brought to justice”.

“This success (of the police) is very encouraging. I congratulate the police force for having acted fast.

“I hope they will gather all the evidence so that the court will have no doubt in imposing a sentence that commensurates with the seriousness of the crime committed,” he told reporters when asked to comment on a statement by newly-appointed Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar that the murder of Sosilawati and three men had been solved.
