Malaysians mourn death of 5 year old girl, Nurul Nadirah Abdulah

God Bless Nurul Hadhirah Abdullah, 5 years old. She is now in Heaven.

The whole of Malaysia mourns the tragic killing of 5 year old little girl, Nurul Nadhirah Abdullah in Johor.

Malaysians are sad and angry. They want justice, swift justice in the form of violent end to the killer/s. Make those child murderers suffer before we send them to the bottom pits of Hell!!!

No need to give any chance to those barbaric animals to defend themselves in court of law because those animals did not give any chance for poor Nurul Nadhirah to defend herself.

No need to show those killers mercy because they showed no mercy to poor Nurul Nadhirah.

Even the police have described the killing of Nurul Nadhirah Abdullah, as cold-blooded murder.

We cannot imagine the little girl's sufferings in the final hour before being killed.

Johor police chief Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said his deputy Datuk Ismail Yatim has been tasked with heading the preparation of the investigation papers to speed up prosecution.

"We are also awaiting several more reports from the Chemistry Department," he told reporters when visiting the family of Nurul Nadhirah, or Dirang, at her home at the Seri Delima flats, Bandar Seri Alam, Johor Bahru, on Tuesday 13th March 2012.

Mohd Mokhtar said 3 of the 4 suspects arrested, including a woman, aged between 30 and 40, tested positive for drugs, including methamphetamine and ice.

As of now, only 3 suspects are still in custody. The police has released Nurul Nadirah's biological father, a Filipino without valid documents, because he was not involved in this brutal and heinous crime.

And i say, just KILL THEM ALL. JUST THROW THOSE THREE REMAINING BASTARDS INSIDE A CROCODILE PIT, INFESTED WITH 1,000 HUNGRY CROCODILES AND THEN LAUGH WHENEVER THOSE KILLERS SCREAMED WHILE BEING EATEN ALIVE!!!

Two of them have previous criminal records for drug offences and thefts.

Mohd Mokhtar, who was accompanied by his wife, Datin Bibi Zakiah Meraslam, offered his condolences to Dirang's family and urged the public not to expose their children to danger and be wary of suspicious characters in their neighbourhood.

On a text message received by Nurul Nadhirah's mother, Roselyn Alan, 25, asking for RM30,000 for the safe return of her daughter Monday, Mohd Mokhtar said the Kelantan police would trace the sender and take the suspect to Johor.

But i say, that particular SMS sender should be burned alive for making this sad situation, worse..!!!

The DNA samples from the charred remains found at Nusa Damai oil palm plantation, Masai near here on Thursday, 8th March 2012, have been confirmed as those of Nurul Nadirah.

The girl went missing after leaving her home to buy eggs and instant noodles at a sundry shop near her flats at 11am on March 1, 2012.

Her remains were found about 9am in a 3.5m hole dug in the plantation, which was 3.5km from the flats through a short-cut.



Tragic list of young innocent victims of monsters in Malaysia.

Apart from Nurul Nadirah Abdullah, Malaysians have seen the tragic loss of so many innocent little kids.

Among them are the very sad cases of Shearwey Ooi Ying Ying, Nurin Jazlin Jazimin, Nurul Huda Abdul Ghani and Haserawati Saridi.

These are young children who have gone missing over the years. And whose death the nation has mourned.

Shearwey Ooi Ying Ying, 3, was reported missing on July 6, 2007 from her mother Jess Teh's car.

Teh claimed she had gone to pay her parking ticket when she went missing. Teh and her then boyfriend, Ong Chee Leong, were arrested in connection with the case. Teh was charged with lodging a false police report and Ong was charged with Shearwey's murder.

Three-year-old Shearway was believed to have been murdered, burnt and her bone fragments strewn in different places in Penang.


Nurin Jazlin Jazimin

On August 20, 2007, Nurin Jazlin Jazimin, 8, went missing after going to a night market near her home in Wangsa Maju.

Her naked and violated body was found, 17 days later on September 17, 2007 stuffed in a sports bag and left outside a shoplot in Petaling Jaya. Her killer is still at large.

Nurin was reported missing on that fateful night on August 20 after she went alone to a night market in Kuala Lumpur.

Media reported that she was last seen being dragged into a white van by a man.

Her father refused to accept the DNA result.

He and his wife had earlier told reporters that the dead girl did not look like their daughter and had a birthmark on her left thigh that they did not recognise.

"I am Nurin's father ... I know my daughter better than anyone else. My heart is saying the body is not my daughter," Jazimin Abdul Jalil, 33, a taxi-driver, was quoted as saying.

"If police ask me to take the body, I will accept, I will perform the funeral rites and bury it. But I want the police to pursue the search for Nurin because I know Nurin is still safe out there.

Nurul Huda Abdul Ghani, 10, died after she was found naked in the guardhouse of a Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substation in Kampung Pekajang, Tanjung Kupang in Johor Baru on Jan 17, 2004.

She had been gang raped and sodomised before being strangled. Two suspects a security guard and an unemployed man were arrested. A third suspect is still at large.



On January 8th, 2004, Haserawati Saridi, 10, was walking alone to her school, SK Tebobon, in Menggatal, Sabah.

She was found murdered and raped, inside a bush.

A 31-year-old beast and drug addict, Jamaludin Saripudin of Kampung Tebobon was sentenced to death by the Kota Kinabalu High Court for her murder.




Sharlinie Mohd Nashar, five, went missing on Jan 9, 2008 while playing near her house in Petaling Jaya. She has not been found till today.

Criminal syndicate in Malaysia using sound of crying child to dupe parents to part with huge sums of money

However the Malaysian Cops has identified the syndicate using sound of crying child to dupe parents. Hardened criminals will go at length to dupe and get money illegally. So why not, just shoot them!!! When those criminals are dead and lifeless, they can't commit crime anymore, am i right?

According to the Star newspaper, the Malaysian police have identified a syndicate that uses the sound of a crying child to dupe parents into believing their child had been kidnapped and gets them to pay ransom.

Only later do the parents realise the child had been safe in school, all along.

Serdang Commercial Crimes Investigation department chief Assitant Superitendent Azani Saupi said his men had identified the syndicate that had tricked at least four victims into handing over a total sum of RM57,000.

“After the victims bank in or place the money in a specified post box, there is no communication. Only later do they realise their children had been safe in school,”.

He said parents, who receive the purported kidnapper's call, hear a crying child and immediately panic into thinking it was their child and follow instructions from the syndicate without double checking to ascertain if their child had indeed been abducted.

ASP Azani said investigations revealed the syndicate did background checks on their victims such as the way the children call their parents.

He said the syndicate had been active since early last year and police believe that at least six other parents had been approached by the same syndicate but had not fallen for their trick.

He advised parents to check with the school or alert the police immediately when they receive such calls.

Meanwhile, ASP Azani revealed that a total of 24 police reports were received about cases of African parcel scams totalling RM331,500 last year in the Serdang area alone.

He said the victims had dealing with the syndicate to obtain items such as a property or jewellery but had to fork out large sum of cash for purported documentation purposes.

“There was even a case last year where a Dutch man lost RM600,000 after he was promised a local woman as a wife,” he said.

A 23-year-old Indonesian labourer, by the name of Abdullah Rikki became the most hated name in Sabah, Malaysia in August 2011.

The bastard from Indonesia not only assaulted a local 21 year old Sabahan Malaysian woman, but also brutally raped her.

The sad and shocking incident happened at 6pm on August 12, 2011 in the bushes of the rubber estate in Telipok Ria.

The Bastard Abullah Rikki was jailed 14 years and ordered given five strokes of the cane by the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Court.

Magistrate Amir Shah Amir Hassan, who sat as a Sessions Court judge, handed the sentence under Section 376(2)(a) of the Penal Code, which provides for a jail term of between five years and 30 years, and whipping, on conviction.

However if i were the judge, i will send Abdullah Rikki to 100 years in jail and 500 strokes of the cane!!! Or just shoot him and send him to hell straight away!!

"The punishment imposed must be seen as a deterrent sentence and lesson to the accused as well as other would-be wrong doer in the future to think twice before committing the same offence," said Amir.

"In order to commit the crime, the accused pulled the victim's hair from behind, covered her mouth and strangled her until she lost consciousness before raping her."

Amir said a rehabilitative sentence should be imposed on Abdullah based on the said facts.

Earlier, during mitigation, Abdullah, who was not represented, applied for leniency, saying that he has two children and a wife to look after. What the hell is that??

Assistant Superintendent of Police Sabrina Jinius, however, asked for a deterrent sentence submitting that the seriousness of the offence as grounds.

She also said the court must take into account the injuries suffered by the victim.

Abdullah was arrested on August 17, 2011 following a police report lodged by the victim.

The court ordered Abdullah to be referred to the Immigration Department after serving his jail sentence.

Malaysian cop jailed 5 years for causing the death of a 15 year old boy

Jenain Subi, 49 is a Corporal with the Malaysian Police. He served the Police force for 25 years. Jenain had been charged with causing the death of a 15 year old boy, Aminulrasyid Amzah, between 1.10am and 2am on April 26, 2010 at Jalan Tarian 11/2 in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.



Everything happened in an instant. An innocent night out for Aminulrasyid ended in his untimely death on the night of 26th April 2010. He was just 15.



This is a standard issue German made, Heckler and Koch, MP5 submachine gun, used by the Malaysian police force during anti-crime patrols and operations. This type of weapon ended poor Aminulrasyid life, he was mistaken for a criminal. But this kind of weapon also killed many of Malaysia's worst criminals in shoot-outs with Police.


The Shah Alam High Court in Selangor, Malaysia on Thursday, 15th September 2011, found Corporal Jenain Subi guilty and sentenced to five years in jail for causing the death of 15-year-old Aminulrasyid Amzah in a shooting incident during a car chase, that shocked Malaysians, 17 months ago.

Wearing a white skullcap and beige jacket, the 49-year-old policeman from Sabah, who was accompanied by his wife and other family members, was composed when the sentence was passed.

In her judgment, Shah Alam Sessions Court judge Latifah Mohd Tahar said the defence had failed to raise doubts on the prosecution’s case.

“The accused agreed that 21 gunshots were fired. This shows that there was indeed intention to cause death,” Latifah said.

She said Jenain had testified that he wanted to “pursue and stop” a car with the licence plate BET 5023 and help the police patrol team.

However, she pointed out that Jenain had also agreed during cross-examination that the car driven by Aminulrasyid was slowing down.

“The car was not capable of speeding away as it was already slowing and swaying when it entered Jalan Tarian.

“He agreed that the car did not pose any danger to the police patrol team or the surroundings of the housing area as there were no passers-by or other vehicles,” said Latifah.

The court found that the situation did not warrant Jenain to open fire with his HK MP5 submachine gun, she said.

“The accused should have known that firing from his automatic submachine gun is dangerous,” she said.

Latifah also ruled that second defence witness, Amidon Anan, 60, a former forensics lab chief of the police crime scene investigation unit, was not an expert witness.

“The court respects him for his experience but agrees with the prosecution that he is not an expert witness.

“His testimony is based on his experience and not expertise,” she said.

Defence counsel Salim Bashir, expressing shock over the verdict, asked the court to consider his client’s 25 years of service in the police force and 12 years’ service at the Shah Alam Court complex escorting suspects and accused persons.

“He is not a trigger-happy policeman who shoots as he pleases. He has four schoolgoing children and a wife to support,” said Salim, pleading for a minimum sentence.

However, Deputy Public Prosecutor Idham Abdul Ghani asked the court to mete out a sentence befitting the crime.

In passing the sentence, Latifah also granted a stay of execution pending an appeal against the conviction.

Idham later told reporters that the prosecution would appeal against the five-year jail term.

Aminulrasyid’s mother Norsiah Mohammad, 62, who was in tears after the verdict, said Jenain’s conviction had cleared her son’s name.

“It shows that my son is not a criminal,” she said.

The trial that started on October 12, 2010 saw 39 prosecution witnesses taking the stand while three witnesses, including Jenain, testified for the defence.

Jenain had been charged with causing Aminulrasyid’s death between 1.10am and 2am on April 26, 2010 at Jalan Tarian 11/2 in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Aminulrasyid was fatally shot in a high speed car chase with police after he apparently hit another car near a restaurant earlier and fled the scene.

He failed to stop despite being told to do so by the police and despite his car being shot at.

Let this be a lesson to all.

Kelihatan sehingga 5 perompak membawa parang, tidak menunjukkan belas kasihan kepada pelanggan yang sedang bersahur dalam kejadian jam 4 pagi itu.

Mereka masuk dan merompak apa saja yang dilihat di depan mata seperti beg tangan, mesin juruwang, telepon bimbit dan komputer riba.

Kasihan, ada kanak kanak dalam kedai itu, dan mereka pastinya ketakutan.

Aksi rompakan kejam itu berjaya dirakamkan kamera litar tertutup di premis berkenaan dan dimuat turun dalam laman web You Tube.

Kepada polis, silalah tangkap dan humbankan ke dalam penjara penjenayah ini.

Jika mereka melawan ketika ditangkap, maka tembaklah saja mereka. Lebih baik orang begini ditamatkan riwayatnya daripada dibiarkan hidup dan terus melakukan jenayah kekerasan di sana sini.

Kita tak tahu, selain rompak, penjenayah keji ini juga tidak segan silu merogol dan mencabul mangsa selain mungkin dibunuh??

Bid to smuggle 695 elephant tusks in Malaysia foiled

This is worrying. More and more news reports of the illegal trade of elephant tusks in Malaysia, are being reported.

On Friday, 2nd September 2011, 2 containers containing 695 elephant tusks weighing 2,000 kg, worth Ringgit Malaysia, RM 3 million were seized by the Customs Department in Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, according to the Malaysian Customs department.

The seizure was the second in the space of a fortnight in Malaysia.

On August 19th 2011, 664 elephant tusks weighing 1,586 kg worth RM 2.3 million were seized in Penang.

So in the span of 14 days, a total of 1,359 elephant tusks valued at RM 5.3 million, were busted by the Malaysian authority.

How many more cases out there which include those who managed to avoid detection by authorities?

All the tusks in the Port Klang and Penang cases, were hidden amongst recycled crushed plastic in 20-foot containers.

Both shipments were from Tanzania, an African nation known for its rich elephants habitats.

Both shipments had stopped for transhipment in Malaysia with China being its final destination.

The shipment in the Port Klang case was declared as 'recycle crush plastic and was on transit from Dar Es Salaam Port to China.

The Malaysian Custom department believes it was possible that the same syndicate was behind the Penang and Port Klang cases as the modus operandi for both cases were similar.

Investigations are ongoing to determine those involved. So far no arrests had been made for both cases.

Meanwhile a report said more than 20 tonnes of illegal ivory have passed through at least two Malaysian ports since 2003, earning the country an unsavoury reputation as a transhipment hub for the multi-million ringgit trade and the figure involves only those seized.

Wildlife monitoring trade network Traffic regional director Dr William Schaedla said Malaysia had become a major hub for illegal ivory trade in the last few years.

This could have been caused by stricter enforcement measures in neighbouring countries, leading smugglers to venture through Malaysian ports, he said.

“Smugglers tend to move to an easier' place. If enforcement in other countries heats up, then they will find a soft spot elsewhere,” he said.

It was reported that 794 African ivory tusks were confiscated by Hong Kong authorities on Monday, 5th September 2011 after they arrived by sea from Malaysia.

The tusks, weighing 1.9 tonnes and estimated to be worth around HK$ 13 million (RM 4.97 million), was concealed in a consignment declared as non-ferrous products for factory use.

The seizure came after last week's report that more than 1,000 elephant tusks were seized by Tanzanian authorities in Tanzania. The tusks were hidden in a strong-smelling container of anchovies destined for Malaysia.

The huge amount of ivory being shipped accounts for thousands of elephants killed in the past few decades.

Some tusks come from freshly-killed animals while others are from stockpiles.

Dr Schaedla said it was vital that Malaysia increased its regional cooperation and exchange of information with Asean countries via the Asean Wildlife Enforcement Network.

He also suggested that customs officers improve their communication mechanisms by using the Ecomessage system set up by Interpol.


(Ecomessage is a database to coordinate international efforts to combat environmental crime, including illegal trafficking of wildlife.)

Dr Schaedla commended the Customs Department for heightening its enforcement measures of late, saying: “Malaysia is now quite serious about wildlife crime but still has a long way to go.”

Traffic has identified Malaysia as “a country of concern” in its latest Elephant Trade Information System (ETIS) report.

Among the countries that seized ivory shipments after transiting through Malaysian ports were Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand.

The latter two (Vietnam and Thailand) are themselves known transit hubs for the illegal ivory trade, according to Traffic reports.

A general manager of a shipping company said there were around 50,000 to 100,000 containers which entered ports for transit in a month, adding that the containers were allowed to be stored free in the container yard for 28 days.

He claimed that Customs officers would only conduct an X-ray inspection on containers if they had a tip-off.

According to the World Wildlife Fund Global website, there could have been as many as three to five million African elephants in the 1930s and 1940s.

However, today, only some 300,000 elephants roam southern Africa and considerably fewer in West Africa.

Poor those African elephants, Damn those smugglers!!

Malaysian father jailed 80 years and receives 40 strokes of the cane for raping own daughter

A Father is supposed to protect his children, not rape them.

This is a shocking story of a Malaysian food stall operator who raped his own daughter 4 times.

And he did that in front of his own wife, in front of the victim's mother who tried to stop her husband but simply could not.

For that heinous crime, the sex-crazed father was jailed 80 years and ordered to be whipped 40 times by the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court, on February 2011.

The father of nine children did not show any reaction when the Sessions Court delivered the sentence, instead he pleaded for leniency..!!!

The 47-year-old man admitted to committing four counts of incest when he was produced before the judge.

According to the facts of the case, the victim, who is the fifth child of nine siblings, had stopped schooling after completing her Form Two and was staying home with her family.

He first raped his daughter in early November 2010.

The accused entered a room after the victim and her mother had completed cleaning the bedroom and closed the door. He then raped the 15-year-old girl in front of her mother, at about 4pm.

The girl's mother tried to stop him but was assaulted by the accused.

In mid-November 2010, the accused ordered the victim to touch his private parts while she and her mother were watching television in a room at 10pm. He raped her again in front of her mother, who ended up crying as she could not do anything to stop him.

At the end of December 2010, the accused forced the victim and her mother to fondle him and kiss his body before raping her again.

On Jan 23 2011, the accused raped the girl again when her mother was not at home.

Three days later on 26th January 2011, the accused told the victim's mother that he wanted to rape the girl and asked her to bring the girl to him at 9pm that night.

The mother then decided that enough is enough.

She summoned enough courage to ask the help of a neighbour to lodge a police report over the matter.

The police raided the house in Cheras and arrested the man the next day, 27th January 2011. The rape victim immediately lodged a police report over the incest.

Pleading for leniency in court on 2nd February 2011, the accused applied to the judge to consider that he had co-operated with the police and court over his offences.

"I am suffering from high blood pressure, gout and heart problems. I have to take medicine for blood thinning," he said in his mitigation.

Deputy public prosecutor Loon Jia Yin, however, applied for a deterrent sentence, saying the accused's actions were sinful and considered seriously by society.

She said the accused's actions had traumatised the victim and her family members as he had failed to play his role as a father and guide them in their life.

In sentencing, Judge Mohamad said he had to impose a deterrent sentence in view of public interest.

"You are supposed to give protection to your daughter as a father and not ruin her. You have spoilt her future. This will have an impact in her life forever," he said.

The judge ordered the accused to serve 20 years in jail and whipped 10 times for each of the four counts of incest.

The jail sentence is to run consecutively from the date of arrest on Jan 27, 2011.

This means the sex crazed father will spend 80 years in jail and receive 40 strokes of the cane.

He will only be out of jail when he is 127 years old, 80 years from now in the year 2091...!!!!

492 people arrested for human trafficking in Malaysia since 2008 to July 2011

Malaysia is among havens for human trafficking or better known as modern day slavery.

On Tuesday, 23d August 2011, Malaysian media reported that a total of 492 people were arrested in Malaysia for human trafficking between 2008 and July 2011, quoting secretary of the Malaysian anti-human trafficking council (MAPO) Nasirrahman Saad Khiruddin.

Nasirrahman said said 799 victims, mostly Chinese nationals and Filipinos, were rescued during the period.

Most of the victims were brought into the country against their will for the purposes of exploitation, such as forced commercial sex and forced labour and also baby for sale.

On the smuggling of immigrants, he said 14 cases, involving 281 immigrants and 20 arrests, were recorded between November 2011 and July 2011.

Malaysia in recent years has work hard to eradicate and fight human trafficking.

Among measures taken were introducing the Anti Trafficking In Person Act 2007 and enhancing the penalty for human traffickers by way of increasing the jail terms of up to 20 years and stiffer fines which can reach 1 million Ringgit.

Unscrupolous enforcement officers were also caught.

In October 2010, 8 Malaysian Immigration officers were arrested under the Internal Security Act (ISA) for alleged involvement in human trafficking in the country.

Malaysian Home Minister, Datuk Seri Hishammudin Tun Hussein said the arrest was to show the Malaysian people as well as those internationally that the Malaysian government is committed and really serious to fighting human trafficking.

“We are serious in our efforts and we will not tolerate or allow our country being a transit point for syndicates involved in human trafficking,'' Hishammuddin said.

Malaysia and China will also sign a memorandum of understanding, MoU early September 2011 to fight human trafficking and to cooperate on security issues.

The MoU is part of Malaysia's attempt to deal directly with countries of origin, transit and destination for human trafficking, the Home Ministry said.

Human trafficking is the world's worst crime but also most lucrative and is the fastest growing criminal industry in the world, second only in terms of ill-goten revenues, to drug trafficking.

The United Nations estimated that 2.5 million people from 127 countries were human trafficking victims in 2010 alone.

In 2004 alone, the total annual revenue for trafficking in persons were estimated to be between USD $5 billion and USD $9 billion.

The crime involves the illegal trade of human beings for the purposes of reproductive slavery, commercial sexual exploitation, forced labour, or a modern-day form of slavery.

The United Nations adopted the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children, in Palermo, Italy in 2000.

The Palermo Protocol is the first global, legally binding instrument on trafficking in over half a century and the only one that sets out an agreed definition of trafficking in persons.

By June 2010, the Trafficking Protocol had been ratified by 117 countries and 137 parties.

A mother's love knows no bounds as is shown in the case of a businesswoman, 43, who traded places with her daughter and was kept hostage for three hours during a kidnapping in Taman Bukit Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Sunday, 21st August 2011.

Her 24-year-old daughter, also a businesswoman, who lives in Gombak, was initially abducted by a man, 32, who waited at her house before forcing her to drive to his place in Cheras about 1am.

Her hero mother alerted the police and together with a Bukit Aman team, they drove to the suspect's house.

Numerous attempts by the police to contact the man, who is a friend of the family, were in vain.

About 6am, the man was seen trying to leave the house with the victim in her car, a white BMW, but they were stopped by the police.

Negotiations continued with the victim's mother offering to take her place.

The man relented and she was held in the car with a sword at her neck.

About 10.30am, Cheras police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohan Singh Tara Singh arrived and negotiations continued.

The man finally gave in to police advice and just as he was throwing out his weapon, policemen zoomed in, smashed the car window and arrested him.

Mother and daughter escaped unscathed while the suspect, who is a money-lender, sustained neck injuries and was sent to the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Hospital.

At a press conference later, Mohan said checks at the suspect's house led police to the seizure of two fake pump guns with detachable rifle scopes and three parang.

He said the case would be investigated under attempted murder, kidnapping, extortion and the Corrosive and Explosive Substance Act

Malaysian police forms task force to probe shocking acid attacks

High on the Wanted List in Malaysia : A sketch of the alleged acid splasher. If you encounter this lunatic, please inform the police immediately. He is considered extremely dangerous to society. He will not hesistate to disfigure you for money. Other acid attacks in Kuala Lumpur might involve different attacker/s, according to Malaysian Police.

Police have released the sketch (above) of the man who they believe was responsible for splashing corrosive liquid on Mohd Raffie Abdul Latiff.



Mohd Raffie Abdul Latiff (picture above), 28, suffered serious facial injuries when a man splashed corrosive liquid on him at the Sogo shopping complex in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur on 8th August 2011.

It is learnt that he had earlier been involved in a minor accident with the man along Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman.

As a result of the horrific attack, Mohd Raffie's face was horribly scarred and following this incident, Raffie wants everyone to be vigilant.

“This could happen to anyone. I hope that people will look out for each other and take care of themselves to avoid a similar incident,” he said.

Deputy Kuala Lumpur Criminal Investigations Department chief, ACP Khairy Arasa said the sketch was made based on interviews and descriptions provided by the victim, his friend and other witnesses.

“We have also taken CCTV footage from Jalan Raja Laut and Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman,” he said, adding that investigations showed that the man could also have been involved in a 12.20pm robbery on July 26, 2011.

ACP Khairy said in that July 26th 2011 case, a 35-year-old office boy was also splashed with corrosive liquid and robbed of RM18,000 near a petrol station in Jalan Sungai Besi.

“The victim had just cashed a company cheque and was on his way to the office,” he said. “When he stopped at a petrol station to use the toilet, the man splashed him before making off with the money,” he added.

He said the man, however, managed to shield himself with a bag he was holding and only suffered burns on his hand.

“In both cases, the man drove away in a black car,” ACP Khairy said, adding that checks revealed that its registration number was fake.

ACP Khairy urged anyone with information to contact Rakan Cop at 03-2115 9999 or the nearest police station.



In another case, businessman Winson Ng (picture above), who was splashed with corrosive liquid during a carjacking attempt on Monday 15th August 2011, did not suspect anything amiss when he got a flat tyre near the Batu 9 Cheras toll plaza.

“I came out of my car and saw a flat tyre. But I didn’t think anything of it at first,” the 25-year-old said when met at the Pantai Medical Centre in Cheras.

Ng, who was seriously injured in the acid attack, said two men had suddenly approached him.

“I believe they had earlier punctured my car tyre while I was having drinks with friends nearby,” he said.

Ng said although he was shocked after being splashed with the liquid, the men could not drive away because he had the car keys with him.

“They only managed to steal my laptop,” he said, adding that his face, left hand and shoulder were injured.

He said he was also having difficulty with his left eye vision.



In the latest incident in Kota Kinabalu on Wednesday 17th August 2011, a man used a water gun to spray acid on a 22-year-old woman, Ling Siew Teen (picture above).

The male assailant called out the victim's name before squirting her face with the corrosive liquid.

Siew Teen sustained serious irritation to the eyes, chin, lips and cheeks after the attack in Kolombong and warded at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

She said everything happened so fast in the 2pm attack.

"I had just stepped out of my car when someone called out my name. I turned around and a car came towards me.

"Then, a man pointed a toy gun at me and squirted some liquid on my face. I felt a stinging pain in my eyes, irritation on my chin, lips and cheeks. I could not see and called out for help."

Her father, Richard Ling, said the attack happened just after his daughter was about to return to work after having lunch at home.

"A passer-by sent her to the hospital. The liquid appeared to have been diluted and did not seem to have inflicted serious injuries but doctors are still monitoring her condition."

Meanwhile the Malaysian police have formed a task force, comprising officers from Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, to track down the culprits behind recent acid attack cases that shocked the nation.

Malaysian Criminal Investigations Department, CID director Datuk Seri Mohd Bakri Mohd Zinin said on Thursday, 18th August 2011 that the police were going all-out to nail the culprits and hoped to solve the cases soon.

A composite image of one of the suspects was released to the media by police.

Mohd Bakri dismissed speculation that the attacks were related to the serial acid splasher who had injured several people since March 2011 this year.

"We have strong reasons to believe that these crimes are totally unrelated," he said in a statement.

He urged members of the public who had information on the suspects to come forward and assist the police.

One of the cases involved a despatch rider who was splashed with liquid, believed to be acid, at a petrol station in Sungai Besi before being robbed of RM18,000 on July 26, 2011.

A week before that, two siblings suffered serious injuries after a 31-year-old labourer splashed formic acid on them in front of his house in Felda Jengka 9 in Temerloh, Pahang.

The victims, Syafiq Haikal Mat Safa Zaidi, 13, and Syaffiy Aiman Mat Safa Zaidi, 10, were cycling to a friend's house about 8pm when the attack took place.

The labourer, Mohamad Hafiz Ismail, was caught and charged in court.

He was sentenced to eight years' jail and given two strokes of the rotan.

The other incident occurred beside a public toilet near Wisma Bumi Raya in Jalan Raja Laut on August 8, 2011 where a 27-year-old man was splashed with liquid believed to be acid by one of three youths who stole his money.

Four days before that, in Kota Baru, a 37-year-old car salesman suffered 17 per cent burns on his body when he was splashed with acid in Taman Uda Murni.

Earlier this year, a motorcyclist here went on a spree, splashing schoolchildren and pedestrians with a corrosive liquid, causing injuries to the victims.

That culprit is still at large and police said those attacks were carried out randomly.

Malaysians.. be vigilant and careful.. stay safe. Do we need vigilantes out there?

Vigilantes are ordinary citizens who got tired and pissed off with the high crime rates, and decided that enough is enough.

They said "Let's take the law into our own hands. Kill all those murderers, drug dealers, acid spalshers, robbers, muggers, rapists, kidnappers and other bad guys. But leave the good guys alone."!!!
