When we arrived, the lowest temperature was 5 Celcius (at night) and highest 18 Celcius (daytime).
The territory's 1,104 km2 (426 sq mi) land area consists primarily of Hong Kong Island, Lantau Island, Kowloon Peninsula and the New Territories as well as some 260 other islands.
It is one of the most densely populated area in the world as close to 7 million people are cramped in this tiny 1,104 square km or 426 square miles land area.
Compare that to Sabah's 3.3 million population over 76,115 km2 land area.
in fact hong kong is a concrete jungle... it has the world's greatest number of skyscrapers, at 7,558.

Hong kong is one of the most densely populated areas in the world, at 6,200 people per square km
The high density and tall skyline of Hong Kong's urban area is due to a lack of available space.
Therefore causing demand for dense, high-rise offices and housing, which has resulted in 38 of the world's 100 tallest residential buildings being in Hong Kong.
More people living or working above the 14th floor than anywhere else on Earth, making it the world's most vertical city.

Hong Kong is one of the world's leading financial centres.
Its highly capitalist economy has been ranked as the most free economy in the world in the Index of Economic Freedom for 14 consecutive years.
However during my 3 days stay there, the sky is continuously enveloped in thick smog.
Approximately 80% of the city's smog originates from other parts of the Pearl River Delta.
Despite the bad air quality, life expectancy in Hong Kong is surprisingly 81.6 years as of 2006, the second highest in the world..!!!
Now, back to the airport because i like it very much... because the size is 10 times bigger than Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Hong Kong International Airport is one of the world's busiest airports in terms of international passenger and cargo movement, serving more than 47 million passengers and handling 3.74 million tonnes of cargo in 2007.
It replaced Kai Tak Airport in Kowloon in 1998, and has been rated as the world's best airport in a number of surveys.
Over 85 airlines operate at the two-terminal airport and it is the primary hub of Cathay Pacific, Dragonair, Air Hong Kong, Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express.
Hey Forget to mention here... Hong Kong is also home to the late Bruce Lee, and the current movie superstars - Jacky Chan, Samo Hung, Chow Yuen Fatt, Stephen Chow and many2 others...
