Lee Chong Wei mengahwini Wong Mew Choo tahun 2013

Gadis Gadis yang meminati pemain badminton no. 2 dunia dan pemenang Perak Olimpik 2 kali, Datuk Lee Chong Wei pasti hampa dan remuk hati kerana Chong Wei mengumumkan akan kahwin dengan bekas pemain badminton wanita no.1 Malaysia, Wong Mew Choo pada 2013.

Chong Wei dan Mew Choo berkenalan sejak lebih 10 tahun lalu, putus hubungan seketika pada 2009 sebelum kembali mesra.

Hmm.. pasti senang hidup Mew Choo kerana Chong Wei adalah seorang jutawan.

Seteru utama Chong Wei, Lin Dan dari China juga akan berkahwin dengan pasangannya, juga bekas pemain wanita no. 1 dunia, Xie Xingfang.

Malaysian top SHUTTLER and double Olympic silver medalist, Datuk Lee Chong Wei, fis expected to end his bachelorhood next year in 2013.

The world No. 2 is expected to wed former Malaysia's national top women's singles player Wong Mew Choo.

The glampour couple has been courting for more than a decade.

Lee Chong Wei however, did not give any tentative date or venue for the wedding.

"Maybe I will step down next year because there are no big competitions and start planning for the wedding. I am not young any more."

Wong, 29, the former Malaysian woman number 1, is now a coach at Bukit Jalil Sports School after she quit competitive badminton last year in 2011.

"We have known each other for a long time. As I had to focus on my career, it was normal to have misunderstandings," said Chong Wei.

Chong Wei said he broke up with Wong in 2009 when he was undergoing training in South Korea but patched up with her a year later and the bond had since grown stronger.

"It is normal to go through difficult times in a relationship but I do not want such issues to affect my career or relationship.
