Kate Middleton "Reiss" dress mystifies the world in her first public appearance since becoming Duchess of Cambridge, 24th May 2011...
Since becoming Prince William's official wife in a star studded and glamorous royal wedding on 29 April 2011, what ever Kate Middleton do and wear in public, will be closely scuritinised and followed by the eyes of the world.
And this dress worn by Kate Middleton has become an internet sensation and this particular Reiss brand is sold out in USA, UK, Paris, Tokyo and other parts of the world minus Papua New Guinea, East Timor and Libya and in sworn enemies of the west, countries such as North Korea, Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan.
In her first public appearance since returning from her honeymoon, Kate, The Duchess of Cambridge looked stunning and tan in her form-fitting Reiss dress when she met President Barack and First Lady Michelle Obama at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday 24th May 2011.
Kate and her new husband Prince William chatted with the president and his wife for 20 minutes about their wedding and their upcoming trip to the U.S. this summer.
At first Kate looked shy chatting with Michelle Obama, probably because the Obamas were left out as invited guests during the royal wedding.
However, among the 4 super famous persons on that picture, the one that grabbed the most attention in the eyes of the world is not the world's most powerful man, US Pesident Barack Obama and the first Lady, Michelle Obama or Prince William.
Instead it was Kate and the dress she wore.
The First Lady, Michelle Obama wore a pale green, floral, a-line dress from Barbara Tfank's 2011 resort collection, according to Michelle Obama style site MrsO. She paired the dress with silver high heels, a short metallic pink jacket with three quarter sleeves and a decorative brooch.
Nobody give a damn on Michelle Obama's dress.
However Middleton selection of a more muted route: A beige, short-sleeved, Shola "bandage" dress from Reiss, one her favorite designers, rocked the fashion world!!!
As a result, the dress is flying off the shelves in stores in both the UK and the US,” a spokesperson for Reiss told RadarOnline.com about the “Shola” dress that sells for USD$340.
"We're sold out of the dress,” Anthony Conley, a sales associate at the Reiss store in Beverly Hills, tells RadarOnline.com. “It was popular before but now it's exploded.”
Kate also wore a white Reiss dress for her official engagement portrait on November 2010.
And the blue Issa London dress Middleton wore when the royal engagement was announced also sold out within hours of the event.
This is the famous see-through fashion outfit worn by Kate that first attracted the attention of Prince William during a fashion show.
What if Kate wore a Santa Claus lingerie after this... will millions of women follow suit??? Do you like that Will.. William??
All the best Kate... you are one glamorous woman in this planet..!!!
